To increase brand awareness and to increase storage rentals in 6 markets within the metro Boston area.

•To accomplish their goals, Extra Space Storage used a two prong approach of customizing MyBikes to be locked up in high traffic areas as well as advertising on rented MyBikes in Extra

Space Storage's target markets.
•To add value to Extra Space Storage's marketing campaign MyBike added Extra Space Storage promotional material to MyBike Value Packages (free handouts to college students done 4x per year).
•Extra Space Storage’s artwork featured a “First Month Free” incentive as well as a unique phone number for customers to call that measured MyBike’s effectiveness.
•Bikes were rotated weekly throughout Extra Space Storage's target market.
